My view, for the record, is that Captain Eric May swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and is bravely upholding that oath. As a long-time university instructor (English, French, Arabic, Humanities, Religious Studies) I have repeatedly sworn the same oath, which specifies that said defense is to be carried out against all enemies, foreign and domestic as the title of Richard Clarke's book reminds us. In late 2003, after a thorough review of the extant literature on 9/11, I concluded that there is more than enough evidence to indict, and presumably convict, Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and associates of high treason and conspiracy to commit mass murder. If you remain unaware of this evidence, please begin with David Griffin's two 9/11 books, Nafeez Ahmed's The War on Truth, and Paul Thompson's 9/11 Timeline, all of which are impeccably researched and documented. Also please note that Clarke's title is a subtle reference to his account of Cheney's whereabouts during the attacks of 9/11/01. Clarke's account supports Norman Mineta's sworn testimony to the 9/11 Commission placing Cheney in the White House bunker by a little after 9 a.m., and giving stand-down orders around 9:30 to allow the Pentagon attack to proceed unmolested by air defense--while the official 9/11 Commission ignored that sworn testimony and claimed Cheney didn't get to the bunker until after 10 a.m.! This discrepancy, in addition to the bizarre non-reaction of the President-in-name-only and the Secret Service in Florida, is enough to get the whole executive branch, key Secret Service personnel, and every member of the 9/11 Commission hanged for high treason. In combination with the dozens if not hundreds of other 9/11 smoking guns, the unconstitutional transfer of Commander-in-Chief authority from President to Vice President, for transparently nefarious purposes, ought to light a fire under anyone concerned with the integrity of our chain of command.

I assume that you, like Captain May, are an honest patriot--but that unlike Captain May, you have not yet realized what happened to this country on 9/11/01. I urge you to look into the matter, come to your own conclusions, and act appropriately to defend the Constitution.

If, in fact you are an Army Captain in the Intelligence Occupational Field “which I doubt“ your career will soon come to an end.  You swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution when you pinned on those bars you say you have.  That is for ALL the people of this great country.
 
I believe your CO will be interested in the view you have expressed here.  By the way, your "eye witness"? of events in Iraq does not pass the laugh test with the Marines and Soldiers I shared it with over there.  They all think you are just a "wanna be"? and a prejudiced one to boot.  If you are truly an Army Officer, I hope you are using a phony name.

Colonel, I think you should research who you are dealing with, and always accept the possibility that you don't know what you're talking about, as that is the beginning of wisdom, according to everyone from Socrates to this former S-2!  The search phrase "Ghost Troop Captain May" will put you in touch with our mainline analysis, and catch you up with people who aren't sitting the war out.  I don't go by pseudonyms, and I don't deal in pseudo-intel, so be assured that you can inform any and every echelon of command with which you are familiar that I am who I am, and that I am doing what I am doing.  If you want to catch up to ongoing, uncensored analysis, I recommend you apply to join my Yahoo! Ghost Troop Group.  I run the group, and can assure you that you won't be the highest-ranking member by a long shot.
 
Further, I recommend you contact my best man and best friend, Ambassador Chase Untermeyer (Qatar).  Let him know that you're in communication with the man who called for the arrest of the Bush Boyz in an international broadcast on 7/28/2005 -- a date that means little to you, I suspect, but should.  Ambassador Untermeyer and I had a discussion with police and legal associates of Ghost Troop about just this matter on August 5, 2005, when he was making his first visit to Houston since being appointed to his current position.  HPD IA Lt. Garcia is my friend and fellow martial arts instructor, and was present for the meeting.
 
Let's be clear that I'm not at all on the defense here.  I'll demonstrate what I mean by putting a bit of info that's highly (though illegally) classified as a military CRITIC report for you.  Now, civilians don't know what a CRITIC is, but you should.  Here's the link -- and by all means do forward it up the chain of command.  They should be most interested, as what Ghost Troop and its cyber posse (Houston Police included) did on 7/28/2005 is of vital national consequence:  http://www.cloakanddagger.de/media/Captain May/capt1.htm  The title is "Captain May goes nuclear on the White House."  Quite an invidious title, especially since the interviews there resulted in the removal of General Brynes as TRADOC commander this summer (you may recall the event).
 
If I'm wrong in demanding the arrest of the dictator, Bush, I should be arrested, right?  Further, as the first 7/28/2005 interview will reveal, I initiated a constitutional officers coup (the orders are there, and are quite clear), which should also have me in Leavenworth -- if I'm wrong in taking that step, of course.
 
The FBI has stated, via Agent Skip Midcap, in conversation with KPFT's TC Smythe, that they prefer to regard my analysis and activities as First Amendment activities, and not to take the matter to formal levels.  I have repeatedly invited my arrest, ever since the FBI first threatened me with arrest for leading Ghost Troop to intervene in the matters in the links above.  We'll see how that goes, I suppose.  Given the vital importance of my work, and the illegal attempts by the FBI to suppress it, I can't avoid clashing with them, and am quite gratified by their current view.  You might want to contact Agents Midcap or Stult (both Houston) to get this straight if you doubt it.  You can also google "FBI Ghost Troop" to find out the extent and duration of our Ghost Troop dealings with them.
 
As a matter of fact, you will soon be able to find yourself linked with Ghost Troop in any search engine, as we of the "Holy Horde" have received over 3 million hits on our collective intel analysis/prediction in the last couple of years, and an impartial community of scholars and officers will be able to evaluate the intelligence of your challenge to me and mine.

I'm glad to hear that you and the Ladies Untermeyer are all in fine form, and can clearly say that on Thanksgiving you served your country well and fully!  I'm sorry I won't be seeing you this time you visit H-town (as we call it in my hood on Homestead Road).  When you were here in August I was hardly feeling the Christmas Spirit, but now that I'm full of holiday cheer you're coming through on the fly!

Still, every year we see through together is as event-filled as any I ever hope to see again, and I still tell Ghost Troops that I was luckier (or wiser) than Diogenes, in finding you as my good man.  Voltaire would have called such a man a Professor Pangloss, but in my candid history of our times I call him Chaplain Chase, and am glad to have in him a friend who is capable of seeing the better side of anything or anyone -- including me.

Some of these were soldiers on 4-day passes from “up north” (Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait); some were assigned to the two US installations here; and some were members of the Marine Security Guard detail at the embassy. Second email:  Thom Shanker, the NY Times Chief Pentagon Correspondent who wrote me this shortly after surviving a rocket attack in the Green Zone (I forget the hotel) in late October, 2003.  I think you'll understand that the top military reporter at the Times doesn't often answer the half-bantering, half-concerned emails of any other US military captains I can think of, and advise that you reflect on that reality before trying to impress folks with how irrelevant I am.  Candidly, colonel, if you what I knew, you and the others would have long ago stopped laughing and taken up the mission of conscience I have taken on, not fallen into the butterbar error of messing with that about which you are ignorant.

I don't know you, Lt. Col. Madonna, but I have found most Marines to be honorable, so I have dealt with your communication honorably, suspecting that you have good intentions but limited insight into the realities with which I deal regularly.  I have demonstrated that I routinely contact people to whom you and the others on this list do not have access (and in many cases, wouldn't want it), dealing with matters about which you and the others on this list are ignorant.  I have asserted that I'm on a critical mission of conscience, beginning with my analysis as an MI/PAO (yep, I'm both) officer detecting the kind of constitutional abuse in April, 2003 that the rest of you are likely learning about from compromised media sources like the NY Times just recently.
 
There's no doubt in my mind who is in touch and who isn't here, nor is there any doubt in any of the extensive network (much of it international) to whom I send this document in the BCC's.  I'm a busy man, and don't propose to undertake your education here and now -- I've given you enough references to bring you up to speed, if you're up to it.  Plug into reality before you make statements to the effect that I'm not living up to my oath to the Constitution.
 
I assure you that, if there's anything all my many friends and enemies would agree on, it's that I love my country, and am risking my life for it; even those who like me the best would agree that I can be obnoxious, and even those who hate me the worst would agree that I'm indefatigable -- all in my duty.  I have formally informed every echelon of the command structure -- all the way to the Pentagon, where I started my pro-constitutional infowar activities -- knowing full well that they regarded me as a new Colonel Kurtz, and wanted me to shut up about what they were trying to cover up.
