9/11 Tea Party fires "Shot of Truth Heard Round the World"

By the rude bridge that arched the flood,

Their flag to December's breeze unfurled;

Last week  the embattled truthers stood;

And fired the shot heard round the world.
 

Their lying foes in silence slept;

Alike the Empire silent sleeps,

As Time the damned Report has swept

Down the dark stream that seaward creeps.

The last time the foes of Empire dressed in costume and tossed crates of unwanted imperial dross into Boston Harbor--on December 16th, 1773--it kicked off a revolution. 

This time—December 16th, 2006—the rebels were dressed as colonials rather than Indians; the tossed dross was The 9/11 Commission Report rather than British tea; and the rebels were moving toward a nonviolent 9/11 Truth Revolution rather than a bloody shooting war.   

Despite those slightly different details, the historical resonances were stunning. Once again, the Empire has subjected us to a "long train of abuses and usurpations" evincing the same aim—to reduce us under absolute despotism. And once again, brave patriots have risen up and shouted "no!" at the top of their lungs. (For a contemporary update of America’s founding document, see the Declaration of Union.) 

Col. Bob Bowman, the 9/11 truth-seeking fighter pilot and  CalTech rocket scientist who headed the Star Wars program under Democratic and Republican Administrations, who was nearly elected to Congress this fall despite panicked all-out opposition by the political, financial and journalistic elites and their rigged voting machines, looked so patriotic and presidential in his colonial outfit, you could have sworn you'd seen his face on Mt. Rushmore. (As maybe someday you will.)  

Barbara Honneger, Senior Military Affairs Journalist at the Naval

Postgraduate School, was there, exposing "the clocks that broke the lie" -- the clocks in the Pentagon that stopped when the first cordite bombs went off, more than five minutes before any airborne object impacted the building. (Honneger is also a premiere researcher of the notorious live-fly hijacked-planes-into-buildings military exercise, and the many other related exercises, that were simultaneously occurring on the morning of 9/11, one of which apparently "went live" under the command of Dick Cheney.)  

Former Boston Air Traffic Controller and 9/11 skeptic Robin Hordon was there as well, along with filmmaker John Albanese, NY activist Les Jamieson,  9/11 organizer extraordinaire Gabriel Day, civil disobedience luminaries Dave Slesinger and Mia Hamel, Dan Abrahamson of False Flag News, and 9/11 truth candidates Jim Hogue (G-VT), Craig Hill (G-VT),  Bruce Marshall (G-VT),   Peter White (MA-IND), Chris Garvey (NY-LIB), Danny Morrisseau (VT-IND), and Mary Maxwell (NH-REP). 

But the real story was not the "names."  The 9/11 truth revolution, more than any other political movement in history, is about horizontal networking, not top-down "leadership."  The internet, the first many-to-many medium, has allowed WE THE PEOPLE to discover and transmit the truth. WE THE PEOPLE are our own heroes. WE THE PEOPLE are our own leaders. WE THE PEOPLE will not rest until the self-appointed political, military and financial "leaders," who would establish their authority by murdering and deceiving us, are exposed—and authoritarianism itself is annihilated as digital democracy is inaugurated. 

And that is why I didn't throw a Bill O'Reilly effigy into Boston Harbor. It wasn't any sudden feeling of tenderness for O'Reilly that changed my mind. It was the Boston Tea Party organizers, who had originally assented to the O'Reilly Harbor Toss, but later opted out, afraid that it might get too much media play and overshadow the Tea Party itself. While I didn't agree with that assessment—I think we must seize any and all opportunities to get the 9/11 truth message into the media—I respect the WE THE PEOPLE who organized the Boston Tea Party for 9/11 Truth enough to defer to their collective wisdom.  

This kind of "don't follow leaders, watch the parking meters" attitude, in which the collective mind of WE THE PEOPLE is greater than the sum of its parts, will continue to guide the 9/11 truth movement, even as "leaders" like the big names at Scholars for 9/11 Truth reveal themselves as human beings rather than demigods. In the end, the 9/11 truth movement will be viewed as the coming of age of leaderless resistance, heralding the annihilation of the "authoritarian aura" that has driven the political personality cults of the past. That's why, even if we someday get a Col. Bob Bowman into the White House or onto Mt. Rushmore, we will never idolize and mythologize him in the same way the leaders of the first American Revolution were idolized and mythologized. The days of cynical elites inventing Zelikow-style "public myths" of heroic leaders battling dusky-hued villains are over. WE THE PEOPLE are coming of age...coming into possession of internet-autonomy and digital democracy...coming into possession of our own minds, which have been stolen from us for thousands of years by the elite mythologizers and brainwashers, too often through their biggest and bloodiest mind-control tool, the false-flag op. 

In the future, after time has swept that Big Lie known as the 9/11 Commission Report into the sea of oblivion, WE THE PEOPLE will look back at the Boston Tea Party for 9/11 Truth as the "shot of truth heard round the world"—the opening salvo of the Truth Revolution that freed the human mind from its centuries-old chains of elite domination.
